The Comfort, Happiness and Safety of your dogs and cats is our priority.
Dogs
We provide a happy environment for our boarders, with plenty of interest and individual attention. We have a great deal of experience in caring for dogs and the kennels have been in the same ownership for over 30 years.
​
Exercise is an important part of your dog's stay here and they are given the chance to exercise in different areas. We have both grass and undercover areas for them to play. Our staff play with every dog.

We keep a wide variety of foods, so that we can continue the same diet you feed at home. Should your dog be fed a special veterinary diet, we ask you to supply this in meal sized bags, with enough for the duration of your dog's stay.

Beddings is supplied by ourselves. We use veterinary fleece that is easy for us to launder and sanitize daily. We ask you not to bring your own bedding from home.
​
Dogs from different households are not mixed. This makes them feel more secure and complies with our licence. However they are exercised in adjacent areas, so that they enojoy seeing each other.

We are happy to give simple medication but please make sure it is clearly marked and you have informed us of the problem that is being treated.

Cats
Our cat cabins are light and airy, with an attached exercise area. They all have a glass dividers, enabling the cats to see their neighbours but without any physical contact for safety.
Each cabin has a ladder, scratchpad and toys and individually heated for comfort. For bedding we use veterinary fleece that is both comfortable and hygienic, being washed and sanitised regularly.
We feed a variety of cat foods from our large range but if your cat is on any prescriptive diet, you may supply that in meal sized daily bags.
All cats have continual contact throughout the day, with team members. If any simple medication is required, this must be clearly marked for use and the problem that is being treated.
